Shipping

Order Process

Usually orders will take 3-4 days to be ready for shipment. If an item is not in stock and has to be special ordered from Kohler, you will be notified immediately that the item is special order and may take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Please see our policy on Special Order Items. (add link for special order item policy)

Shipping Methods

On all orders being sent Free Freight* will be sent UPS Ground. Please allow 2-6 days for your order to arrive. All orders requiring LTL Freight Shipping will be shipped using various common carriers offering the best service.

Free Shipping

We are committed to providing Free Shipping on all our orders. ALL ORDERS qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Contact us directly at sales@kohlerusco.com for more information.

Free shipping is only offered for products sold in the 48 continental United States. Any order requiring expedited shipping will not qualify for free freight. 

Material Ship From

All orders are packed and shipped from one of our warehouse in New Jersey.  Please allow 3-4 days for all orders to be packed and shipped.

Track Shipment

You will be provided a tracking number via email once your shipment has been packed and a shipping label has been created. You will then be able to track the package from the shipping company’s website.

Freight Damage/ Damaged Goods

We ship all our orders with a signature required. It is very important that you inspect the entire shipment and that everything is to your satisfaction. Once you are satisfied that all items have arrived undamaged and that there are no missing items, please provide a signature. Do not allow the Delivery Person to depart until after you have completed your inspection. In no instance should you allow the Delivery Person to leave with your signature prior to you completing your inspection.  If you notice any damage with your shipment, you MUST refuse the shipment from the Delivery Person, and call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-548-1362 to report the damaged shipment. Any shipment that has been signed for is assumed to be satisfactory, and United Supply WILL NOT honor damage claims once a shipment has been signed for.

 

Defective Material

Although we don’t expect defective material, it does happen. If you happen to receive manufactured defective material, please call our customer service department at 1-800-548-1362 to report defective material. In the event where the product needs to be replaced, we will ship the replacement item with in 3 days and an RGA#( Return Goods Authorization Number) will be issued along with shipping instructions via email for the return of the defective item. In the event where a simple part is needed to correct the item, it will be sent directly to you from the manufacturer. Though we can not guarantee the part be sent immediately, Kohler Customer Service will send out parts in a timely manner.

Refused Orders

Any shipments refused for non damaged or non defective material will be charged a  25% restocking fee, and the cost of the incoming and outgoing freight. These fee’s will be deducted from your refund before it is issued to you. Refunds will be issued in the same manner which the order was originally paid with. Refunds will be issued within 5-15 days after the item has been received by United Supply.
